Sisters Involved In Linking Knowledge (SIILK) and The Regalettes, Inc.  in partnership with the EXPO Center hosts our Annual Teen Leadership Conference. This year we have designed a special virtual platform with YOU in mind. The conference aims to provide a safe space to discuss today’s most relevant topics. Last year, over 80 girls ages 11-17 were inspired through interactive workshops, student discussions, personal and career development, and issues that impact  Young Ladies. The event entitled "Creating Your Own Path" 2020 Teen Leadership Digital Festival and Scholarship Fundraiser is created for African American girls that come from various socioeconomic and geographical backgrounds.
